REFUND POLICY
FAULTY ITEMS: These must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt.
Please send the item to the address stated. We will then send a
replacement out to you if the product is found to be faulty..
Items must be in original packaging with all flowers as supplied and be
in a re-saleable condition. Flowers By Alison will not issue refunds
for the postage.
POSTAGE: We accept no liability for items damaged during postage to us
and we recommend that all items are returned via Recorded delivery as
we will not be held responsible for goods not received.
If the item has been ordered incorrectly - the postage cost is the
responsibility of the customer.
